Management trainee in the US headquarters, afterwards various positions / projects in the Marketing unit. Worked in the Munich headquarters in the International Capacity Planning from July 2004 on.

Entered the Executive Search in July 2006 as Research Consultant in the Munich office. Focus: engineering, automotive industry and supply industry.
