Degree in International Business Administration from the European Business School/ebs in Oestrich-Winkel. Worked over a period of ten years in the international software industry holding positions in consulting, marketing, strategic alliances and business development/M&A. Received a diploma as Systemic Coach from the German Coaching Association (DGCo).

Entered the Executive Search in 2005; joined BCI in 2006 with a focus on High Tech, Industry and Consulting.
